Service Partner ONE offers the ‘ONE’ app suite which digitally embeds the entire value chain of building services and facility management with its app suite.

The process
The task was to design the Service Partner ONE app and webapp suite.
The app needed to be used by cleaning people during their job, therefore it needed to be easy to use and straight to the point.
The solution
The design elements are reduced to the bones, in order to give more emphasis to the most important informations for the users. Every tappable area is big enough to ensure that no mistapping was happening, the typography ensured good readability under any light condition and from far away. The icons helped to navigate through the informations, providing a supplementary help. The main actions were available one tap away on the tab bar.
Once again the layouts were tested with real workers to test our assumptions and changed where necessary.
The app target users are not digital friendly or used to digital products at work. Therefore the icons needed to be well understandable at the first glance, simple and direct.
The thin and straigth line make the icons work at all sizes.
Open Sans is a great choice for its readability and versatility of use.
The font size and line height enhance the font readability, making it perfect for an app used on the workplace by not digital friendly users.
